An editorial in Sunday's Empire stated, "Voters have the option during the general election of choosing a party in order to get a ballot and then voting on the measure and leaving the other choices blank." Also, in a clarification, Monday's Empire article on Polaris House, a center for Juneau residents with mental illnesses, did not note the extensive role Gastineau Human Services plays in supporting the program. GHS provides programs and support resources to Polaris House, and many of Polaris House's clients are residents of GHS.[READ ORIGINAL STORY]
