According to a recent survey conducted by Hudson, nearly three in five (59 percent) workers think that splitting time between the office and home at least some of time is the ideal work situation. Yet, despite the clear preference, only 23 percent of the U.S. work force actually works from home or has the option to do so. The survey adds that when asked about their perfect work situation, workers most often (38 percent) chose to split their time.
