Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Burglary:
At 6:05 a.m. Thursday, a 25-year-old woman reported a laptop computer stolen from a residence in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.
Theft:
At 2:40 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report of a satchel stolen containing a Toshiba laptop, foldable keyboard, and a cell phone from an unlocked vehicle in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway.
At 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, police received a report of a car starter stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Northwood Drive sometime since December.
At 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, police responded to the report of a shoplifter fleeing from a store in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
At 7:40 p.m. Wednesday, an 18-year-old woman was arrested for theft in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
At 9:25 a.m. Thursday, a 38-year-old man was arrested for larceny and was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Trespassing:
At 12:45 a.m. Thursday, an investigation continued into the report of attempted vehicle rifling on Douglas Highway.
Underage drinking:
At 1:10 a.m. Thursday, a 19-year-old was cited and released for underage drinking in the 100 block of Savikko Road.
At 1:20 a.m. Thursday, a 19-year-old was cited and released for underage drinking in the 9900 block of Stephen Richards Memorial Drive.
Vandalism:
At 8:40 p.m. Wednesday, a 53-year-old reported vandalism to her gas tank in the 8700 block of Hayes Way.
At 7:55 a.m. Thursday, a 54-year-old man reported a pump house, restrooms, picnic tables, garbage cans, signs and trees were spray painted at Cope Park causing about $1,000 in damage.
At 11:05 a.m. Thursday, a 52-year-old woman reported that around 11:30 p.m. Wednesday night someone lit a bag of fecal matter on fire on a straw door mat, rang the doorbell and fled in the 5800 block of Pine Street.
