"The Merchant of Venice," and "Entropic Discombobulation," performances by students in Perseverance Theatre's STAR program, Perseverance Theatre main stage. "Entropic" will be performed at 7 p.m. Aug. 9 and 10; "Merchant" will be performed at 7 p.m. Aug. 8, with a matinee at 2 p.m. Aug. 10. Tickets are $12 for adults and $8 for youths 18 and under. "Tenacity: Sam Kimura Retrospective," about 65 large-format black-and-white photographs (and variety of other photographic styles) by Alaska photographer, Alaska State Museum.
