Alaska Airlines cares

Before we bash Alaska Airlines for its ranking in on-time arrivals, stop and think. A contributing factor is that Alaska Airlines will hold a flight for connecting passengers so they, too, can get to their final destination. Other airlines leave you stranded rather than run late. I'll take good customer service over government statistics anytime.
