Moberly, Hozubin married May 28

Rebecca J. Hozubin of Massachusetts and Michael Moberly of Juneau were married in a ceremony May 28 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hozubin in Auburn, Mass.

The bride is a graduate of Tulane Law School in New Orleans and is employed as a litigator with James B. Wright & Associates in Anchorage.

The groom is the son of Janet Moberly of Shoreline, Wash., and Stanley Moberly of Tenakee Springs. He is a graduate of Willamette Law School in Salem, Ore., and is employed as an assistant public defender with the Alaska Public Defender Agency.

The bride was attended by man of honor Brett Verona.

The best man was Matt Moberly.

The couple honeymooned in Portugal and Spain, and will make their home in Anchorage.

Collum, Lietz married July 8

Kathleen Lietz and Christopher Collum, both of Juneau, were married in a ceremony July 8 at Glacier Valley Church of God. A reception followed at Auke Rec.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Dottie Croisant, both deceased. She is a graduate of Modesto High School in Modesto, Calif., and is employed as a office administrator at Jensen Yorba Lott Inc.

The groom is the son of Richard and Carol Collum. He is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and is employed as a dairy manager at Fred Meyer.

The matron of honor was Kim Harrison, with flower girls Miranda Untilasco and Caulea Collum.

The best man was Brian Fisher, with ushers Spencer Untilasco, Daniel Untilasco and Destry Lietz. The ring bearer was Ross Lietz.

The couple will make their home in Juneau.

Zimmerman, Mesdag to marry Aug. 12

Robyn Zimmerman and Lucas Mesdag, both of Juneau, will be married in a ceremony planned for 4 p.m. Aug. 12 at Adlersheim Lodge. A reception will follow at 5 p.m.

Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to the wedding and reception.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Helena and Steve Zimmerman. She is a graduate of Linfield College and is employed as a assistant state investment officer for the state of Alaska.

The groom-elect is the son of Gilles and Monica Mesdag. He is a graduate of Oregon State University and will be attending Oregon Health Sciences University.

The matron of honor will be Anna Weber, with bridesmaids Erin Mesdag, Kristie Turnquist and Laura Courtney, and junior bridesmaid Lauren Hu.

The best man will be Alec Mesdag, with groomsmen Ryan Zimmerman, Hans Weber and Kevin Larsen, and junior groomsman Brandon Hu.

The couple will make their home in Portland, Ore.

Hanson, Orsborn to marry Aug. 12

Jami Orsborn and Dan Hanson, both of Juneau, will be married in a private ceremony on Aug. 12. A reception will follow at 4 p.m. at Marlintini's Lounge.

Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to the reception.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Mike and Jeanette Orsborn. She is employed by the City and Borough of Juneau.

The groom-elect is the son of Terry and Sally Hanson. He is employed by Alaska Communications System.

The matron of honor will be Nancy Cashen, with bridesmaid Amber Laudert and flower girl Rashel Herbert.

The best man will be Terry Hanson, with groomsman Jim Cashen. The ring bearer will be Marcus Moulton.

The couple will make their home in Juneau.
