Timothy J. Ackerman was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Main Street on charges of drunken driving and refusing a breath test. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and his vehicle was impounded. He was also charged with driving with a suspended license and filing a false report.
