Marriage licenses

The following are marriage licenses recently filed with the state Bureau of Vital Statistics in Juneau:

• Charles Samuel Robinson, of Barnesville, Ga., and Bonnie W. Johnson, of Roswell, Ga.

• Paul Warren Perrone and Linda Ann Watkins, of Weaverville, Calif.

• Tadayasu Uchiyama and Su Chuen Ng, of Glendale, Calif.

• Donald Carl Smith Jr. and Dena Novelle McFadden, of Furlong, Pa.

• Alec Mikhail Venechuk and Kelsey Ann Sturrock, of Fairbanks.

• Mark Stephen Kuzma and Nicole Renee Hayes, fo Homestead, Pa.

Courts

Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.

Judgments:

• Stuart A. Hallam, 44, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a Feb. 22, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .201 percent. District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Hallam $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• Kristeen K. Brooks, 44, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 10, 2009, incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .204 percent. Superior Court Judge Philip M. Pallenberg imposed 300 days in jail with 275 days suspended, fined Brooks $3,000 with none suspended, revoked her license for one year and put her on probation for three years.

• Michael R. Giblin III, 31, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 13, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .142 percent. Levy imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Giblin $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.

• David A. Sauer, 23, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a July 25, 2009, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .242 percent. Levy imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Sauer $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
