The Juneau-Douglas High School Class of 1979 would like to express, with heartfelt thanks, its sincere appreciation for all of the help that the associated classmates, people, and businesses put forth to make our 30 year reunion such a truly memorable occasion.
A very special thank you goes out to Dave and Annette Brown of Odom Corporation for their very wonderful and exceedingly generous donation which ensured that our reunion was truly an event to remember, this year also marks 75 years that Odom Corp. has been doing business in Alaska so we want to congratulate them on the anniversary of their many years of service to the people of Alaska and wish them health, happiness and prosperity in the years to come.
Many more thanks also go out to Ward Air for the wonderful donations of flightseeing trips, to Lennie Gorsuch at Orca Point Lodge for putting up with us as the plans evolved, to Trace and Kim Janson for demonstrating that art can truly astound our senses, to Scot Arehart for giving up his Sunday to play Der Grillmeister, to Celeste DeRego for service with a smile, and many more, including The Goldbelt Corporation and Ron Klein.
There are too many kind people to remember and mention in the space of one neighbors page letter so allow us to thank everyone who contributed their time, funds, gifts, smiles, hugs and memories towards fulfilling our dream of sharing a weekend that we could remember for the rest of our lives. Everyone involved went above and beyond to make it all a reality and we just want to say thank you!
