Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Raymond Nelson, 28, a Washington resident, was arrested at 1 a.m. Friday near Glacier Highway on charges of drunken driving and reckless endangerment. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Underage drinking

• A woman, 20, and a girl, 17, were cited on a charge of underage drinking at 10:45 p.m. Friday near Third Street in Douglas. They were released.

• A woman, 19, was cited on a charge of underage drinking and being a minor on licensed premises at 12:45 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway. She was released. In the same incident, a woman, 18, was arrested on a charge of being a minor on licensed premises. She was lodged at the state prison.

• A girl, 15, was cited at 9:15 a.m. Saturday near Postal Way for underage drinking. She was released.

Thefts:

• A portable CD player valued at $180 was reported stolen from a vehicle at 6:15 a.m. Friday near Gold Street.

• A car stereo CD player valued at $100 was reported stolen from a vehicle at 8 a.m. Friday near Seward Street.

• A gray canvas skiff cover was reported stolen at 1:20 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway.

• A woman, 46, was arrested at 6:40 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway on a shoplifting charge. She was lodged at the state prison.

• A Nokia cell phone was reported stolen at 10 p.m. Friday near Gold Street.

Vehicle accidents:

• At 1:40 p.m. Thursday near Glacier Highway and Hamilton Drive a motorcycle driver, 52, was taken to Bartlett Regional Hospital for treatment. His cycle had collided with a vehicle that made an illegal U-turn on Glacier Highway. The driver, a man, 44, was cited for careless driving.

• At 5 p.m. Thursday near Ka-See-An Drive, a boy, 16, was cited for careless driving. His 1991 Mustang was involved in a single-vehicle accident.

Animal encounters:

• Bears were reported Thursday at 12:15 p.m. near Lemon Creek, 3:30 p.m. near Thunder Mountain Road, 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. near North Douglas Highway, 11 p.m. near Lemon Creek, 11:30 p.m. near North Douglas Highway; and Friday at 4:30 a.m. near North Douglas Highway, 3:20 p.m. and 4 p.m. near El Camino Street, and 9:15 p.m. near Lemon Creek.

Vandalism:

• A vehicle's side window was reported broken at 7:40 a.m. Friday near Gold Street.

• A storage shed was reported vandalized at 9:20 a.m. Friday near Riverside Drive.

Drugs:

• A man, 51, was cited at 6:30 a.m. Friday near Shell Simmons Drive on a charge of sixth-degree drug misconduct. He was released.

Other:

• A man, 21, was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Thursday near North Douglas Highway on two outstanding warrants alleging failure to appear in court. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 20, was arrested at 11 p.m. Thursday on an outstanding warrant alleging failure to pay fines and comply with probation. He was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 25, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Friday near Glacier Highway on a charge of driving with a revoked license. In the same incident, a man, 33, was arrested on a charge of sixth-degree drug misconduct. Both were lodged at the state prison.

• A boy, 16, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway on an outstanding warrant charging failure to pay fines. He also was charged with driving without a license and underage drinking. He was lodged at Johnson Youth Center.
