It is amazing that some Juneau citizens and some assembly members feel that all Juneau citizens should acquiesce simply because the governor has decided what he thinks is best for Juneau.
The word ``governor'' is not synonymous with the word ``God,'' therefore the governor could be wrong in his assumptions about our desires regarding the road issue. Apparently the governor and his staff were attentive to only the special interest groups and simply ignored anyone who did not agree with them.
No matter what the outcome might be, I definitely want the opportunity to vote on the issue of the road. No one has the right to deny the rest of us an opportunity to be heard. Is Juneau slowly becoming an elitist community of anarchy?
