Anchorage man, 25, sentenced for robbing bank

ANCHORAGE - An Anchorage man has received 2 1/2 years in prison for robbing a credit union.

Twenty-five-year-old Jeremy Victor Uldrich was sentenced on Friday in federal court in Anchorage. After serving his prison term, Uldrich will be placed on three years' supervised release. He also has been ordered to pay $1,250 in restitution to Credit Union 1.

On Jan. 23, Uldrich presented a teller at the credit union with a note threatening that he had a weapon and demanding money. He pleaded guilty in April.
