Daniel Franklin Malick

Daniel Franklin Malick died Jan. 20, 2010 in Islamabad, Pakistan.

He was born on Oct. 16, 1949 in Pittsburgh, Penn. He lived in Juneau for 30 years. He worked as a transportation infrastructure consultant.

He is survived by his wife, Kristine Trott, daughters Willow Malick and Honalee Elkan and son Cedar Malick.

A memorial will be held to honor Daniel's life and spread his ashes over Lynn Canal and the surrounding areas at 1 p.m. Saturday at 19100 Williwaw Way in Juneau. This will be a casual event where memories and stories of Daniel can be shared and drink and food can be enjoyed. Please contact Willow Malick at willow.malick@gmail.com if you have any questions.
