Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

* A man, 36, was arrested at 4:28 a.m. today near West Juneau for domestic violence assault. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


* A woman reported at 9:05 a.m. Monday near Twin Lakes that her purse, containing her wallet and credit cards, was stolen out of her unlocked car.

* A boy reported at 9:50 a.m. Monday near Cedar Park his unlocked blue Trick bike had been stolen.

* Police arrested three juvenile shoplifters at 5:54 p.m. Monday near Franklin Street. A girl, 16, was charged with theft. Two other girls ages 15 and 16 were charged with theft by receiving. They were transported to Cornerstone and later released to their parents.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

* A man reported at 8:20 a.m. Monday near Cascade Street someone had slashed three of the tires on his Plymouth Colt causing $225 in damage.

Underage drinking:

* Police cited a man, 23, at 10:23 p.m. Monday near the Marine Parking Garage for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Police also cited a girl, 16, and a man, 18, for underage drinking. The girl was released to a parent.

Vehicle accidents:

* Troopers reported at 9:30 p.m. Thursday near the Haines Highway a one-vehicle accident involving a moose. A Minnesota woman, 20, was driving southbound on the highway when three moose started to cross the road and she struck one. No injuries were reported to the woman or the moose. No citations were issued.

* Troopers cited a Juneau girl, 16, at 5:30 p.m. Sunday near Kime Road in Wasilla for driving in violation of instructor permit following a one-vehicle roll-over accident. The girl lost control of her car as she went around a curve and hit a ditch, leaving the car on its side. There were no reported injuries.

* Bears were reported at 12:34 p.m. Monday near Tongass Boulevard, 6:19 p.m. Monday near Mendenhall Loop Road and Lake Creek, 6:31 p.m. Monday near Valley Boulevard, 8:57 p.m. Monday near Chanccie Court, 9:57 p.m. Monday near Churchill Court, 11:15 p.m. Monday near David Street, 12:20 a.m. today near Delta Drive, and 4:28 a.m. today near Nowell Avenue.


* A man, 39, was arrested on an outstanding trooper warrant at 1:31 p.m. Monday near Alaway Avenue.
