Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:


• A Suzuki four-wheeler was reported stolen at 10:06 a.m. Tuesday near Evergreen Avenue.

• A green and silver Trek Mountain bike was reported stolen at 7:12 p.m. Tuesday near Mendenhall Mall Road.

• CDs and $40 in cash were reported stolen at 12:48 a.m. today near Wood Duck Avenue. The items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.


• Police confiscated a marijuana pipe from a 12-year-old girl at 9:34 p.m. Tuesday near Mendenhall Loop Road. The girl was released to her mother.

• Bears were reported Tuesday at 8:43 a.m. near Thunder Mountain Road, 8:50 a.m. Thunder Mountain Road, between 12:22 and 12:39 p.m. near South Franklin Street, 6:51 p.m. near Calhoun Avenue, 7:21 p.m. near Easy Street, 9:22 p.m. near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek, 9:28 p.m. near South Franklin Street, 9:58 p.m. near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek, 10:01 p.m. near South Franklin Street, 10:22 p.m. near Calhoun Avenue, 10:52 p.m. near Glacier Avenue and 11:25 p.m. near South Franklin Street.

Bears were reported today at 12:25 a.m. near Wood Duck Avenue, 1:10 a.m. near Second Street in Douglas, 1:07 a.m. near Taku Boulevard and Albatross Street, 4:56 a.m. near Second Street in Douglas, 5:35 a.m. near Lemon Creek Road and 6:43 a.m. near Lund Street in Lemon Creek.


• A man reported at 10 a.m. Tuesday near Glacier Highway in Auke Bay that a door had been broken into. No estimate was given on the cost to repair the door.

Crime Line

Juneau Crime Line Inc. is offering a cash reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person or people responsible for stealing a 1982 Lund from a residence on Thane Road. A Lund is described as red aluminum, 16 foot boat with the model number S-16-15 and tag number AK 1649F. The Lund is valued at $500.
