Juneau police, fire and state troopers reported:

Sound off on the important issues at

Drunken driving:

• Josh Smith, 36, was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated at 1:17 a.m. Monday near Ferry Way. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At 3:55 p.m. Sunday, $1,500 was reported stolen near the 2200 block of Great Western Street.

Traffic accidents:

• A 43-year-old man was reported injured at 1:33 p.m. Sunday in the 9100 block of Mendenhall Mall Road when a 35-year-old woman drove over his foot in a 2001 Mazda.

• A 46-year-old man drove his red Nissan ($350 in damage) into a gray Toyota ($1,500) in a two-vehicle accident at 2:04 p.m. Sunday in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard. The Nissan sustained $350 in damage, and the Toyota had $1,500.

• A 1999 Ford and a 1998 Dodge Dakota were involved in a two-vehicle accident at 2:11 p.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Whittier Street. There were no injuries, and no damage report.
