Lyle James, left, leader of the Woosh.ji.een Dance Group in Juneau, teaches youth about Tlingit and Haida culture Thursday during the fourth day of the Eagle Raven Culture Camp held Aug. 11-22 at the Tlingit and Haida Community Center. This week, activities included sewing regalia, learning James' entrance song, making octopus bags, drumming and dancing, etc. Next week, the group will make rattles, drums and drum sticks. They will conclude the camp with a potlatch and performance from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23, at the Tlingit and Haida Community Center.
