New general surgeon joins Bartlett staff

JUNEAU - General surgeon Dr. Benjamin Miller will begin seeing patients at the Bartlett Regional Hospital Surgery and Specialty Clinic beginning on Sept. 1.

Miller earned his medical degree at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo. He has relocated to Juneau with his wife, Dr. Amber Smith, a board-certified pediatrician from Glide, Ore.

Miller's practice of general surgery includes laparoscopic procedures, specializing in breast surgery.
