Christine Tatham and Andrew Wachmann, both of Juneau, were married in a ceremony at 2 p.m. Aug. 12 at Douglas Island Bible Church. A reception followed at the Travelodge.
The bride is the daughter of Chris Hansen-Tatham and Clifford Tatham. She is a graduate of Juneau-Douglas High School and is employed as a payroll technician for SEARHC.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Wachmann. He is a graduate of JDHS and is employed as a specialized technician for Mercedes Benz of Bellevue, Wash.
The couple will make their home in Seattle.
Sandra Baxter and Art Dunn, both of Juneau, will be married in a ceremony planned for 6 p.m. Aug. 26 at Chapel by the Lake. A reception will follow at 7 p.m. at the Twisted Fish.
Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to the wedding and reception. Local invitations were not sent.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Fred and Jirdes Baxter. She is employed as a loan officer for the Alaska Department of Community and Economic Development.
The groom-elect is the son of Archie and Bernadine Dunn. He is self-employed as an environmental consultant.
The matron of honor will be Sherill Baxter.
The best man will be Dale Dunn.
The couple will honeymoon in New Zealand at a later date and will make their home in Juneau.
