Alaska's wilderness is unique, important

I wanted to contact you regarding the Alaska Board of Game. As a lover of wildlife, I realize there are also other opinions, but all opinions should be represented on the Board of Game.

The Board of Game should not be politically motivated but should be in the best interest of all Alaskans and Americans. Alaska is known, more than anything else, for its wilderness and wildlife. To take that away will most likely be a tourism financial disaster for Alaska and a heritage that cannot be replaced. If the legislature in Alaska does not realize the importance of wilderness and wildlife to those like me who have to travel over 100 miles to see a swamp, it is extremely short-sighted at best. These things, which are unique to Alaska in the United States, should be preserved for all Americans. To do otherwise is unconscionable.
