Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

• Teak Alexander Daniels, 18, was arrested for drunken driving at 11:16 p.m. Thursday near Renninger Street in Lemon Creek. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• Police arrested a man, 25, for assault after a fight broke out at 12:23 a.m. today near South Franklin Street. He was lodged at the state prison. Bail was set at $2,500.

• Police arrested a man, 35, and a woman, 38, for domestic violence assault at 11:09 p.m. Thursday in the downtown area. Both were lodged at the state prison.


• Undisclosed items were reported stolen from a travel bag at 11:05 a.m. Thursday near South Franklin Street.


• A door to the golf course clubhouse was reported broken into at 1:17 p.m. Thursday near Industrial Boulevard. Candy, soft drinks and other undisclosed items were reported stolen.

Vandalism and criminal mischief:

• A glass display case was reported broken at 12:12 a.m. today near Front Street.

Animal encounters:

• Bears were reported Thursday at 2:18 p.m. near North Douglas Highway, 4:21 p.m. near Glacier Highway, 5:05 p.m. near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek, 6:35 p.m. near Egan Drive and Sunny Point, 10:29 p.m. near Calhoun Avenue, 11:01 p.m. near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek, 11:05 p.m. near South Franklin Street, and 11:49 p.m. near Trinity Drive.

• Bears were reported today at 1:45 a.m. near Second Street in Douglas, 2:57 a.m. near Glacier Avenue, 5:36 a.m. near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek, and 6:01 a.m. near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek.

Alcohol-related calls: 5.
