Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Underage drinking:

• Police cited a man, 20, at 12:27 a.m. Monday in the 2200 block of Trout Street near the airport on a charge of driving after underage drinking, refusing a chemical test as a minor and driving without a license. They impounded the vehicle he was driving.

Theft

• Clothing and a wallet were reported stolen at 5:49 p.m. Sunday downtown. The items were valued at $350.

• Two prescription medications were reported stolen at 9:23 a.m. Monday from the 1200 block of Glacier Avenue downtown.

Vandalism:

• At 11:15 p.m. Sunday, a 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee was reported scratched near Indian Street and Distin Avenue downtown. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

• At 9:24 a.m. Monday, police received a report that a 1996 Subaru Legacy was heavily vandalized in the 19100 block of Glacier Highway, about 19 miles from downtown.

Vehicle accident:

• Two light trucks were involved in a minor accident at 2:32 p.m. Sunday on Glacier Highway near Sunny Point. One, a 2001 Chevrolet truck, reportedly was damaged. Damage was estimated at $800.

• At 11:16 p.m. Sunday, a two-vehicle accident was reported on the Douglas Highway at the Douglas Bridge. A 1992 Chevrolet Astro reportedly struck a 1996 Toyota Camry. Damage was estimated at $2,500 to the Camry. No damage was reported to the Astro.

Traffic stop:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 2:38 a.m. Monday on Glacier Highway in the Lemon Creek area after citing the driver, a 23-year-old man, on a charge of driving without a valid license.

Found property:

• A small amount of cash was turned over to police at 11:04 a.m. Monday after it was reportedly found at People's Wharf near the Mount Roberts Tramway.

Animal encounters:

• At 12:32 a.m. Monday, a bear reportedly opened a garage door in the 8900 block of Birch Lane in the Mendenhall Valley.
