JUNEAU - Tlingit & Haida Head Start, located at 9109 Mendenhall Mall Road, Suite 8B, is now accepting applications for the 2009-2010 school year. Head Start is a free preschool program serving children ages 3-5 in nine Southeast communities that include Juneau, Craig, Hoonah, Klawock, Petersburg, Saxman, Sitka, Wrangell and Yakutat.
