Thanks for a random act of kindness

I frequently pick up litter and cigarette butts as I walk between my home in West Juneau and the Federal Building. Occasionally, a driver will give a friendly toot of their car horn and a wave, but this morning a woman I did not recognize rolled down her window, said, "Thank you," and gave me a thumbs up. Her random act of kindness bouyed my whole day. Thank you.
