If
a plumber goes broke at plumbing, why doesn't he receive any government assistance? If a carpenter goes broke or has a bad year, can he receive free training for another trade? Seems that I have never heard of a happy fisherman or, for that matter a tour operator, in the 60 years I have lived in this country.
