Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police cited a man, 36, on a charge of sixth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance at 4:18 p.m. Tuesday near Second and Franklin streets downtown.
A 9:30 a.m. Wednesday a boat was reported broken into at the University of Alaska Southeast dock, and $75 was reported stolen.
A studded tire was reported stolen at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday in the 3400 block of Glacier Highway in the Twin Lakes area.
Three prescription medications were reported stolen at 7:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 3200 block of Hospital Drive.
Police cited a woman, 33, on a charge of failing to exercise due care to avoid an accident at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday at Mendenhall Loop Road and Taku Boulevard. She reportedly was driving a 1990 Oldsmobile involved in an accident with a 2004 Subaru, driven by a woman, 61. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to the Oldsmobile and $1,000 to the Subaru.
Police cited a woman, 19, on a charge of failing to yield after a stop after an accident involving the 1996 Chevrolet she was driving and a bicycle at 6:35 p.m. Tuesday at Riverside and Stephen Richards Memorial drives in the Mendenhall Valley. The bicyclist, a man, 22, reportedly was uninjured. Damage to the bicycle was estimated at $150. No damage was reported to the Chevrolet.
Police impounded a vehicle at 6:09 a.m. Wednesday after citing the driver, a 20-year-old man, on a charge of driving with a revoked license. Because the man was wanted on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court on a trespassing charge, police arrested him and lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
A laptop computer was reported lost at 11:20 a.m. Wednesday in the downtown area. The value was listed at $1,400.
A bear was reported at 5:21 p.m. Tuesday going through empty boxes on a porch in the 9300 block of Lee Smith Drive near the airport. At 8:26 p.m. Tuesday, a bear was reported wandering around the 9400 block of Eagle Street near the airport.
