Assault:
At about 7:30 p.m. Saturday, a 50-year-old man was arrested on charges of assault and resisting arrest on Hospital Drive. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Disorderly conduct:
At about 1 a.m. Sunday, a 26-year-old man was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct in the 200 block of Front Street. He was lodged at the state prison.
Domestic dispute:
At about 5:30 p.m. Saturday, a 26-year-old man was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault in Lemon Creek. He was lodged at the state prison.
Driving without a license:
At about 5:20 p.m. Saturday, a 21-year-old woman was cited for driving without a license on Egan Drive. Alcohol was involved.
Fire:
At about 11:30 a.m. Saturday, the fire department responded to a report of smoke on the roof of the building at 10107 Bentwood Place. An investigation revealed smoke and charring along the base of a wall in the mechanical room located on the roof. The fire was extinguished. The cause remains under investigation. Damage was estimated at $5,000.
Found property:
At about 10:30 a.m. Sunday, a black leather wallet was turned in and returned to its owner.
Motor vehicle accidents:
At about 12:30 p.m. Saturday, a 23-year-old man driving a Pontiac sustained $2,000 damage to his vehicle after swerving to avoid a deer on Glacier Highway.
At about 2:30 p.m. Saturday, a 2005 Toyota was involved in an accident with a white bus on Davis Avenue. The Toyota sustained $1,000 in damage.
Theft:
At about 1 p.m. Saturday, a 45-year-old man reported the theft of his wallet on Glacier Highway. The wallet was later recovered but $60 in cash was missing.
