Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:


• At about 4:20 p.m. Monday, police continued an investigation of a DVD player stolen from inside a residence in the 3400 block of Foster Avenue.


• At about 6:45 p.m. Monday, police responded to a report of several subjects fighting in the 3000 block of Vintage Boulevard.

• At about 11:15 p.m. Monday, a 27-year-old man was arrested for assault and theft in the 300 block of Distin Avebue. He was lodged in the state prison.

• At about 3:40 a.m. Tuesday, a 44-year-old man reported being assaulted on Decker Way.

Domestic violence:

• At about 6:45 p.m. Monday, a 31-year-old man was arrested for domestic violence assault in the 6500 block of Glacier Highway. He was lodged in the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At about 5:05 p.m. Monday, a 58-year-old man reported someone withdrew money from his bank account without permission in the Juneau area.


• At about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, a 47-year-old man reported his 1987 Toyota stolen in the 5400 block of Shaune Drive.

• At about 9:25 a.m. Tuesday, a 49-year-old man reported a gold bell valued at $3.50 was stolen from a Christmas wreath on his door in the 300 block of Gastineau Avenue.

Traffic accident:

• At about 12:24 a.m. Tuesday, an unknown vehicle struck a traffic signal light pole on Glacier Highway and left the scene. Damage was estimated at $3,000.
