ANCHORAGE - One of four people who survived the plane crash in which former Sen. Ted Stevens was killed last week has been released from an Anchorage hospital.

Kevin O'Keefe, the son of former NASA head Sean O'Keefe who remains hospitalized, was released from Providence Alaska Medical Center on Tuesday night.

Kevin O'Keefe says he's thankful for all the support he received that helped him recover from his injuries.

Five people were killed and four injured when the plane crashed while flying to a fishing camp near Dillingham in southwest Alaska.

Two people remain hospitalized, Sean O'Keefe and lobbyist Jim Morhard.
