Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Driving while intoxicated:

Victoria Rosenstein, 40, was arrested about 10 p.m. Friday in the Mendenhall Mall parking lot for drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent. She was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Dawn Murphy, 24, was arrested about midnight Friday near David Street for drunken driving and driving with a blood-alcohol level over 0.10 percent. She was lodged at state prison.


A man, 39, was arrested about 3:45 a.m. Saturday downtown for domestic violence assault and lodged at state prison.


A man, 20, was arrested about 10 a.m. Friday near Front Street for third-degree theft and marijuana possession. He was lodged at state prison.

A man reported about 8:15 a.m. Friday on Stikine Street that tools, a CD player and discs, and sunglasses valued at $1,100 were stolen from his car Tuesday night.

A man, 40, reported about 1:30 p.m. Friday on Brady Place that about 70 CDs were stolen from his vehicle earlier in the week.


A man turned in to the police about 4 p.m. Friday two girls bikes found near the Brotherhood Bridge trailhead.

A man, 23, lost his wallet about 7 p.m. Friday on South Franklin Street.

Animal encounters:

A bear was reported on James Boulevard at 10:15 p.m. Friday.


A man, 35, was arrested about 2 a.m. Saturday at Marlintinis for disorderly conduct and lodged at state prison.

A man, 32, was cited about 2:45 a.m. Saturday on Egan Drive for driving with a suspended license. He was released, and the vehicle was impounded.
