Subsistence rally "We the People: Stand Our Ground," 11 a.m., marchers should gather one hour before, 10 a.m., at the Mount Roberts Tramway. A march and rally calling for Native subsistence rights. The march will proceed to the Capitol where a rally will take place. Speakers include ANB Grand President Richard Jackson, Tlingit Haida Central Council President Ed Thomas, state Rep. Beth Kerttula of Juneau and many more.
