Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Eric Bierly, 35, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday on Egan Drive. Bierly was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center, and the car he had been driving was impounded.

• Robin Abbott, 37, was arrested on felony charges of drunken driving and refusing to submit to a chemical breath test at 9:56 p.m. Tuesday on Douglas Highway. Abbott was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At 12:51 p.m. Tuesday, a man reported that some auto parts were stolen the previous night from the cab of his pickup truck while it was parked near Thunder Mountain Road. About six hours earlier, police took two other reports of overnight thefts from vehicles in the same area.

• Police cited a 52-year-old man on a larceny charge alleging shoplifting at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday at a Glacier Highway business.

Domestic violence:

• A man, 29, was arrested on charges alleging domestic violence assault, criminal mischief and interfering with the report of a domestic violence crime at 5:51 p.m. Tuesday near Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. The man was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.


• At 3:22 p.m. Tuesday, a woman reported that several exterior lights had been cut and placed in a tree near South Franklin Street.

Animal complaints:

• Bears were reported Tuesday at 3:26 p.m. in the Thunder Mountain Road area and at 5:15 p.m. near Deborah Drive.
