JUNEAU - The board of directors of Sealaska Corp. appointed Russell Dick to be vice president of corporate development.
Dick will be responsible for management of Sealaska's acquisition evaluation and post-integration process, evaluating investment opportunities and structuring associated transactions, and coordinating and integrating strategic initiatives of each of Sealaska's subsidiaries into corporate growth plans.
At Stanford University, Dick earned a master of science degree in management through the Sloan Master's Program and a certificate of global management.
Dick is a Kaagwaantann Eagle of the Wolf House and a Sealaska tribal member shareholder. He was raised in Hoonah and has worked for Sealaska since 1996.
