Juneau police and fire officials and state police reported:
Sexual assault:
At about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, Alaska State Troopers arrested a 30-year-old cruise ship crewmember on the charge that he sexually assaulted a female crewmember in her cabin. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Search and rescue:
At about 9:20 p.m. Wednesday, Sarah Morin, 24, of Juneau contacted state troopers after becoming lost on West Glacier Trail. She required a rope rescued but no medical attention.
Theft:
At about 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, a 16-year-old reported that a black mountain bike valued at $800 had been stolen in the 9000 block of Gee Street.
Sex crime:
At about 9:50 a.m. Thursday, there was a report of sexual abuse in the Juneau area.
Vandalism:
At about 8:45 a.m. Thursday, there was a report of a $40 light being broken and someone tampering with vehicles' gas tanks in the 1800 block of Glacier Highway.
