Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Gustavo Vasquez, 28, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 4, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured above the legal limit. The judge imposed 10 days in jail with 80 days suspended, fined Vasquez $1500 with $0 suspended, revoked his license for 90 years and put him on probation for 5 years.
Nicholas C. Long, 31, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 2, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured above the legal limit.
Skylar Melton, 24, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a June 6, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at 0.144 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Melton $3000 with $1500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
Mark Stoinich, 53, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a July 6, incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at 0.156 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed three months in jail with 87 days suspended, fined Melton $3000 with $1500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for three years.
