Judgments

• Nicholas G. Lutich, 22, was found guilty of drunken driving, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of June 28.

District Judge Peter Froehlich sentenced him to pay a fine of $500 with $250 suspended, 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, a 90-day driver's license revocation, to enroll in pay for and complete Juneau Alcohol Safety Action Program and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of probation which include completing the sentence, violating no laws, committing no crimes, paying a surcharge and the cost of incarceration.

He also was found guilty of refusing to submit to a breath test stemming from an offense of June 28.

Froehlich sentenced him to pay a fine of $500 with $250 suspended, 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended, a 90-day driver's license revocation, JASAP, and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

• Savok Wren, 24, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of May 11.

He originally was charged with assault, a misdemeanor.

Magistrate John Sivertsen sentenced him to pay a fine of $500 with $500 suspended, 30 days in jail with 25 days suspended and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

He also was found guilty of violating the conditions of his release, a misdemeanor, stemming from an offense of May 11. Sivertsen sentenced him to pay a $500 fine with $500 suspended, 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended and placed him on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

A second charge of violating the conditions of his release stemming from an incident of May 11 was dismissed.

• Isaac Guthrie, 26, was found guilty of drunken driving stemming from an offense of June 7.

Sivertsen sentenced him to pay a fine of $1,000 fine with $500 suspended, 240 days in jail with 200 days suspended, a one year license revocation, JASAP and three years probation with the standard conditions of release.

Charges of refusing to submit to a breath test and reckless endangerment stemming from an incident of June 7 were dismissed.

• Blaine Smith, 38, was found guilty of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance stemming from an offense of Aug. 8, 2002.

Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks sentenced him to five years in prison.

• Angela White, 32, was found guilty of disorderly conduct, stemming from an offense of May 31.

The original charge was assault.

Sivertsen sentenced her to pay a fine of $1,000 with $1,000 suspended, 30 days in jail with 30 days suspended and placed her on probation for two years with the standard conditions of release.

She also was found guilty on two counts of granting of violating her probation stemming from an offense of June 5.

She was sentenced to 385 days in jail with 385 days suspended and placed her on probation for three years with the standard conditions of release and she is prohibited from having anyone under 21 in her home unless they are her own children or children of the person the she is having a relationship with.
