Alaska Glacier Seafoods worker Randy Perou, left, cuts the heads off of chum salmon using a heading machine, and Jacob Ross slices open the fish at the processing plant Monday at Auke Nu Cove. The chum salmon were troll-caught at Deep Inlet near Sitka. The plant is expecting to process 1 to 2 million pounds of chum salmon this season.
