Sullivan becomes shareholder in firm

JUNEAU - Z. Kent Sullivan has become a shareholder of Baxter Bruce & Sullivan, a local nine-attorney firm. Sullivan's practice emphasizes civil litigation, including all matters relating to real property, business and collections.
Sullivan has been with the firm since 2001 and was previously a shareholder and associate with Sullivan, Tabaracci & Rhoades in Missoula, Mont. He was admitted to practice in Montana and Alaska and graduated with honors from the University of Montana in 1996.

Fabiano, White join R&M Engineering
JUNEAU - R&M Engineering has added Jeannie Fabiano and Andrew White to its staff.
Fabiano is a laboratory technician and inspector from Kodiak. Since relocating to Juneau, she has taken over the day-to-day operations of the R&M materials lab, performing asphalt and concrete tests in the field as well as inspecting many ongoing city, state and private projects for Juneau and the surrounding communities of Southeast Alaska.
White is a civil engineer with a wide range of experience. He has a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.
Since returning to Juneau, Andrew has worked on the North Douglas sewer design, as well as inspections and civil designer for multiple government and private agencies. Before coming to R&M, Andrew worked for the Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities in the Bridge Design Department, Construction Department and Ports and Harbors.
