Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Pavel Shalimov, 21, was arrested on a drunken driving charge at 4:21 a.m. Friday. He was lodged at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• Dale Nelson, 44, was arrested charges of drunken driving and driving without a license at 4:30 p.m. Friday near Mendenhall Peninsula Road. He was lodged at the state prison.

• Feleti Maka, 33, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway on a charge of drunken driving. Maka was lodged at the state prison.

Assault:

• A woman, 49, was arrested at 8 p.m. Friday in the Mendenhall Valley on a charge of domestic violence assault. She was taken to the state prison.

• A woman, 45, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Friday in the Mendenhall Valley on a charge of third-degree domestic violence assault. She was lodged at the state prison.

• A man, 39, was placed under citizens arrest at 11:20 p.m. Friday near South Franklin Street on a charge of assault. He was lodged at the state prison.

Thefts:

• Three life jackets, one set of rain gear and a flair kit were reported stolen at 12:07 p.m. Thursday from a vehicle in Douglas. The vehicle also was reported vandalized.

• A brown leather wallet was reported stolen at 6:26 p.m. Thursday from a vehicle near Commercial Boulevard in the Lemon Creek area.

• Police arrested a man, 22, on a theft charge at 7:15 p.m. near Willoughby Avenue. The suspect was taken to the state prison, where bail was set at $250.

• At 11:19 a.m. Friday, a woman, 80, reported her wedding ring was stolen Thursday from her residence near Brady Place.

• A blue gym bag containing men's clothes was reported stolen at 3:15 p.m. Friday near Riverside Drive.

Underage drinking:

• A woman, 20, was cited at 11:45 p.m. Friday near Duran Street on a charge of underage drinking. She was released.

• A man, 18, was cited at 1:30 a.m. Saturday near Main Street on a charge of underage drinking. He was released.

Vandalism:

• A vehicle sustained an estimated $200 in damage in a vandalism incident reported at 12:16 a.m. Friday near Nowell Street in Douglas.

Hit-and-run:

• At 12:30 p.m. Thursday, a 2003 Subaru was reported to have been struck Wednesday while it was parked near Glacier Avenue.

• At 5:30 p.m. Friday on Egan Drive a dark-colored minivan rear-ended an Olds Cutlass driven by a boy, 16, causing $5,000 damage to the Cutlass. The driver of the minivan, reported to be a woman in her 20s, left the scene.

Found property:

• A Quasar bicycle was reported found at 1:13 a.m. Friday near Thunder Mountain Road.

• A black fabric purse was turned in to police at 5 p.m. Friday near South Franklin Street.

• At 11:40 p.m. Friday from Main Street a woman turned in to police some cash she had found.

Traffic accidents:

• A Plymouth Sundance driven by a woman, 51, struck a Ford Explorer driven by a woman, 48, at 5 p.m. Friday near 10th Street. The 51-year-old was cited for failure to yield. Her vehicle had $5,000 damage. The Ford had $2,000 damage.

• At 5:30 p.m. Friday near Delta Drive, a Chevy pickup driven by a woman, 29, backed into a Plymouth Accord driven by a woman, 25. The Accord had $2,500 damage. The 29-year-old was cited for unsafe backing. The 25-year-old was cited for driving faster than conditions allowed.

• A man reported at 4:30 a.m. Saturday near 13 mile North Douglas Highway that his vehicle struck a deer, which fled. The Ford had $1,000 damage.

Traffic stops:

• A Juneau man, 28, who was stopped by a state trooper Wednesday because the 1988 Chevy Blazer he was driving had studded tires ended up with a court date. State troopers allege that his driver's license had been revoked. The man also was cited for failing to have insurance. The vehicle was released to another driver.

• Police cited a boy, 17, on a charge of misconduct involving a controlled substance at 1:20 a.m. Friday on Egan Drive in the Twin Lakes area.

• Police cited a boy, 15, on a charge of driving without a license at 1:36 a.m. Friday at Willoughby Avenue and Gold Creek.

Animal complaints:

• A bear was reported eating raspberries at 12:19 p.m. Thursday in a yard near Deborah Drive. At 10:05 a.m. Friday, a woman reported that a bear entered her arctic entryway to access secured garbage and left through the window near Thunder Mountain Road. Also Friday, bears were seen at 3:12 a.m. near Riverside Drive and Postal Way, at 11:42 a.m. near Great Western Street in Douglas, noon near Delta Drive, 1 p.m. near Thunder Mountain Road, 10 p.m. near North Douglas Highway, and Saturday at 1:40 a.m. and 10 a.m. near Mendenhall Loop Road. A bear tore into a shed at Kodzoff Acres Mobile Home Park on Friday night.

Other:

• Police arrested a woman, 28, on an outstanding Juneau warrant charging her with theft. She was lodged at the state prison.

• Police arrested George Shean, 53, at 4:30 p.m. Friday near Brittany Place on an outstanding troopers warrant charging first-degree sexual assault. He was lodged at the state prison.
