Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Police arrested Dirk Daugherty, 23, on a felony drunken driving charge at 3:10 a.m. Monday in the Mendenhall Campground. Police also charged him with refusing a chemical test and driving with a license revoked or suspended. They lodged him at Lemon Creek Correctional Center and impounded the vehicle he was driving.

Domestic violence:

• Police arrested a boy, 12, on a domestic-violence assault charge at 11:21 p.m. Sunday in the Douglas area. They lodged him at the Johnson Youth Center.

• Police arrested a man, 42, on charges of domestic-violence assault and disorderly conduct at 5:29 a.m. Monday downtown. They lodged him at the state prison.

• Police arrested a man, 53, on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 5:49 a.m. Monday near an unspecified part of Glacier Highway. They lodged him at the state prison.


• Police arrested a man, 46, on an assault charge at 12:21 a.m. Monday near Mendenhall Loop Road and Egan Drive. They lodged him at the state prison.


• Parts of a boat trailer - the latch, wheel, jack and mounts - were reported stolen at 11:12 p.m. Sunday near the north Douglas boat ramp. Lighting wires on the trailer also were cut.

• A tweed purse, containing miscellaneous papers and prescription glasses was reported stolen from a vehicle at 7:43 p.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway.

• At 8:26 a.m. Monday, a desktop computer and monitor was reported stolen sometime around July 19 near West Eighth Street downtown.

Hit and run:

• A woman reported at 11:11 p.m. Sunday that her 2000 Honda was struck by an unknown vehicle, causing about $800 damage to the rear, near Marine Way.

Traffic stops:

• Police impounded a vehicle at 3:12 a.m. Monday near Capital Avenue and Ninth Street downtown after citing the driver, a woman, 41, on a charge of driving without a license.

• Police impounded a vehicle at 5:10 a.m. Monday near Glacier Highway after citing the driver, a man, 21, on a charge of driving without a license.
