Palin has to be ready to allocate health funds to a traditional treatment camp fund in which her people and tribal councils can negotiate each program in each village accordingly. Let us handle the problem in our traditional Native ways instead of just throwing our people in the system. The system doesn't work for them, and it just gives them criminal records, leaving them crippled and encouraging more crime.
Please, Palin, listen to your grandma; she'll tell you. Start the treatment camps with state health funds.
