Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Tyrel Pacheco, 29, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an April 8 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .163 percent. Juneau District Court Judge Keith B. Levy imposed 20 days in jail with 70 days suspended, fined Pacheco $3,000 with none suspended, revoked his license for a year and put him on probation for two years.
Jamie Jack, 30, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 17 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .186 percent. Levy imposed six days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Jack $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked her license for 90 days and put her on probation for 18 months.
Shawn Beaird, 25, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from an Aug. 19 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .07 percent. Levy imposed three days in jail with 30 days suspended, fined Beaird $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for 18 months.
