Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:

Drunken driving:

• Tessa Stacy, 23, was charged with drunken driving and reckless endangerment at 2:44 a.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway. She was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

Animal complaints:

• Bears were reported Saturday at 12:39 p.m. near Trafalgar Street, 1:40 p.m. near Churchill Way, 2:42 p.m. near Thunder Mountain Road, 3:47 p.m. near Glacier Highway, 4:32 p.m. near Belardi Drive, 9:34 p.m. and 9:39 p.m. near Douglas Highway, and 8:22 a.m. Sunday near Teal Street.


• At 1:26 p.m. Saturday, a woman, 19, reported that her gray Gary Fisher mountain bike was stolen sometime two weeks ago near Second and Gold Streets. The bike is worth $500.

• At 5:44 p.m., a man, 32, reported a gray case containing electric tools was stolen near Glacier Highway. The tools cost $2,500.


• A man, 54, reported at 8:54 p.m. Sunday that a shed was vandalized near Glacier Highway.

• A woman, 33, reported at 11:30 a.m. Sunday that a window on her residence, near Glacier Highway in Lemon Creek, was broken sometime within the last two weeks.

Minor consuming:

• A man, 18, was arrested for minor operating and charged with minor consuming at 8:58 p.m. Saturday near Cinema Drive. Two passengers, a 15-year-old boy and girl, were also cited for minor consuming. The vehicle was impounded.

• A man, 20, was cited for minor consuming at 6:37 a.m. Sunday near Crow Hill Drive.


• A man, 44, was cited for harassment at 4:41 p.m. Saturday near Glacier Highway.

• A man, 39, was arrested for interfering with an officer at 10:36 p.m. Saturday near South Franklin Street.. He was lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.

• A man, 28, was arrested for indecent exposure at 2:30 a.m. Sunday near South Franklin Street and lodged at Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
