Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Police arrested a man, 44, on a charge of violating a domestic-violence restraining order at 4:02 p.m. Tuesday in the Mendenhall Valley. They lodged him at the Lemon Creek Correctional Center.
Police arrested a girl, 17, on a charge of domestic-violence assault at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday in the valley. They lodged her at the Johnson Youth Center.
Car stereo equipment was reported stolen at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday from an unlocked 1989 Ford Tempo in the 8400 block of Valley Boulevard. It was worth more than $850.
A laptop computer was reported stolen at 3:34 p.m. Tuesday in the 8700 block of Trinity Drive in the valley. It was valued at $2,500.
Police cited a 26-year-old woman, on a larceny charge after they responded to a shoplifting call at 6:51 p.m. Tuesday in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
A Hawaiian print wallet was reported stolen at 8:22 p.m. Tuesday in the 8100 block of Glacier Highway.
The windshield of a 1991 Mazda Protégé was reported cracked at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of South Franklin Street.
A Chevrolet Astro, driven by a 35-year-old man, reportedly struck a 2005 Kia, driven by a 26-year-old woman, at 2:25 p.m. Tuesday on Old Dairy Road. Damage was estimated at $1,500 to the Kia. No damage was reported to the Chevrolet.
Police cited a boy, 16, on charges of failing to yield and not carrying proof of insurance after an accident at 6:36 p.m. Tuesday at Riverside Drive near Vintage Boulevard. He was driving a 1985 Pontiac that reportedly struck a 2000 Plymouth, driven by a woman, 37. Damage was estimated at $500 to the Pontiac and $2,500 to the Plymouth.
Police impounded a vehicle at 12:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 6000 block of North Douglas Highway after citing the driver, a boy, 15, on charges of speeding and driving without a license.
