Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts and Hoonah District Court:

Indictments:

• Nicholas A. Fargnoli, 18, was indicted by a grand jury on three counts of third-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from alleged activities on Feb. 18, Feb. 23 and March 2 involving methylphenidate, the generic equivalent of Ritalin, a mild stimulant often prescribed to treat attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder.

• Norman A. Lott, 20, was indicted by a grand jury on felony charges of driving while under the influence and refusing to submit to a chemical test, as well as a misdemeanor charge of driving while his license was canceled, suspended or revoked, stemming from alleged events of Aug. 15.

• Jamie O. Olson, 28, was indicted by a grand jury on a charge of second-degree theft, stemming from alleged events of Aug. 6.

Judgments:

• Matthew R. Meserve, 53, was found guilty of fourth-degree misconduct involving a controlled substance, stemming from an April 26 incident. Juneau Superior Court Judge Larry Weeks imposed three years in jail, all suspended, and placed Meserve on probation for three years. As a condition of probation, Weeks imposed 100 hours of community service.

• Christina R. Kelley, 24, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from an Aug. 7 incident where her blood-alcohol level was measured at .237 percent. Juneau District Judge Peter B. Froehlich imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended and a $1,500 fine. Froehlich also placed Kelley on probation for two years. Kelley also was found guilty of driving without a license. Froehlich fined her $100 and placed her on probation for one year.

• Haven M. Harris, 25, of Nome, was found guilty of operating a vehicle, air or watercraft while intoxicated, stemming from a May 1 incident, from which no blood-alcohol level was available. Juneau District Magistrate John W. Sivertsen imposed 33 days in jail with 30 days suspended and a $3,000 fine with $1,500 suspended. Sivertsen also placed Harris on probation for one year.

• Glenn L. Glover, 30, was found guilty in Hoonah District Court of second-degree criminal trespass and being a drunken person on a premises licensed to serve alcohol, stemming from an Aug. 22 incident. Magistrate Joyce Skaflestad imposed 10 days in jail with 10 days suspended for each offense and placed Glover on probation for one year.
