Keithahns to celebrate their 50th

Richard and Beverly (Junge) Keithahn will celebrate their 50th "golden" wedding anniversary with their family at their home in Port Ludlow, Wash.

The Keithahn's were married in a candlelight ceremony at the Holy Trinity Cathedral in Juneau on Aug. 30, 1954, by the Rev. Samuel McPhetres.

Beverly was born and raised in Juneau. Richard was born in Ketchikan but raised in Juneau as well. They lived in Juneau until 1987, when they retired to Lopez Island, Wash. They moved to Port Ludlow five years ago and have been enjoying retirement to its fullest.

They have four children - Maria (Steven) Marks, Ranie (David) Keithahn, Connie (Mike) Keithahn and Paul (Julie) Keithahn. They also have four grandchildren - Mikelle Marks, Shannon Marks, Emily Keithahn and Olin Rawson.
