Court records show the following legal actions among those taken recently in Juneau Superior and District courts.
Clinton R. Songer, 32, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 1 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .211 percent. Magistrate John W. Sivertsen Jr. imposed 45 days in jail with 40 days suspended, fined Songer $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.
Nicholas D. White, 27, was found guilty of driving under the influence, stemming from a May 10 incident in which his blood-alcohol content was measured at .099 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 55 days suspended, fined White $3,000 with $1,500 suspended, revoked his license for 90 days and put him on probation for one year.
Monica D. Lemieux, 37, was found guilty of driving while intoxicated, stemming from a May 17 incident in which her blood-alcohol content was measured at .241 percent. Sivertsen imposed 60 days in jail with 54 days suspended, fined Lemieux $3,000 with $1,500 suspended and put her on probation for two years.
