ANCHORAGE - Alaska State Troopers have released the names of two people who were killed in a small plane crash near Mount Susitna.
Troopers say Anchorage residents, 28-year-old Brandon C. Reiley and 29-year-old Seth D. Holden, died when the 1947 Piper PA-11 crashed Tuesday along the Susitna River, about 25 miles northwest of Anchorage.
The wreckage was discovered by an Alaska Air National Guard crew on a training mission that night in the Big Lake area near the mountain, also known as "Sleeping Lady."
Troopers say Reiley was the owner of the plane.
