Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Domestic dispute:
Police arrested a man, 43, at 5:55 a.m. near Foster Avenue in the Douglas area on a charge of violating a domestic-violence protective order.
Theft:
A black corduroy purse with a pink bow was reported stolen at 8:07 p.m. Sunday near Glacier Highway.
A blue laptop computer was reported stolen at 8:19 a.m. Monday near Channel Drive.
Vandalism:
A portable toilet was reported damaged by a vehicle at 2:44 p.m. Sunday near North Douglas Highway and Fish Creek Road. Damage was estimated at $1,300.
At 5:01 p.m. Sunday, $1,100 in vandalism was reported to a 1996 Toyota near Marine Way.
Hit and run:
At 8:10 a.m. Monday, a man reported his 2000 Ford Taurus was struck by an unknown vehicle near Glacier Highway.
Traffic stop:
Police impounded a vehicle at 10:22 p.m. Sunday on Glacier Highway after citing its driver, a woman, 33, on a charge of driving without a license.
Animal encounters:
A bear was reportedly seen at 9:12 p.m. Sunday near Mendenhall Loop Road.
