Juneau police, fire officials and state troopers reported:
Vandalism:
A building and covered play area were reported vandalized at 7:36 a.m. Tuesday near Tongass Boulevard.
Nine vehicle tires were reported punctured at 11:06 a.m. Tuesday near Industrial Boulevard. Damage was estimated at $1,800.
Thefts:
At 12:18 p.m. Monday, a woman reported her blue girl's bicycle was stolen sometime the previous night.
A pair of rain pants, a raincoat and fishing gloves were reported stolen at 2:03 p.m. Monday from a front porch at an Amalga Street residence.
Vehicle accidents:
An accident at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday on Glacier Highway and Shell Simmons Drive reportedly did $6,000 in damage to a 1997 Chevy pickup and $4,000 in damage to a Ford pickup. Police reported the vehicles collided when the Ford was making a left turn.
Underage drinking:
Police cited a 19-year-old man on an underage drinking charge at 1:20 a.m. Tuesday near Stephen Richards Memorial Drive. Police also arrested the man on a warrant charging him with failing to appear in court, failing to pay fines and failing to comply with conditions of his probation.
Hit and run:
At 2:36 p.m. Monday, a woman reported her 1999 Plymouth Neon was struck while parked on Glacier Highway sometime Saturday. No damage estimate was available.
A man reported at 7:28 p.m. Monday that his 1984 Chevy truck was struck by another vehicle while parked. Both the location in the Juneau area and a damage estimate were unavailable.
Animal complaints:
A bear was reported getting into garbage at 5:41 a.m. Tuesday in the 2300 block of Engineers Cutoff Road.
Other:
A 17-year-old boy reported missing Monday morning after going into the woods without gear or proper clothing was found late Tuesday morning in the Mendenhall Valley. Police reported an officer located the boy when he responded to a call from a citizen of a person who didn't look like he belonged in the area.
Crime Line:
Police received a report of a stolen ladies' Rolex watch from the locker room at the Valley Racquet Club.
The watch had a silver and gold band and a gold face with diamonds on the numerals. It is valued at $5,500. Its serial number is K644862, and its style number is R7619332CB6252.
